Small First: ship the minimum and learn from real usage
Numbers Driven: decide improvements by feedback and metrics
Open Notes: share implementation notes & failures on the blog

Stack: Web (React/Vanilla, Canvas, PWA), Android (Kotlin/Compose), WordPress (REST, JSON-LD).

Monetization approach

Revenue is “fuel to keep building.” I combine:

Ads, add-ons, and subscriptions (start minimal, fit to each app)
Affiliate (only tools/services I actually use & recommend)
Numbers & learnings (monthly summaries on the blog when possible)
